Composition: Each ml contains 200 mg of flomiquin.
Indications:Flumiquin is a strong and effective antibacterial drug for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases of the digestive and respiratory system of poultry. This drug is used with antibacterial effect, especially against Gram-negative bacteria of the Enterobacteriaceae category, such as Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Shigella, Proteus, Salmonella, Escherichia, as well as Pasteurella multicida and Campylobacter species. It is also effective on some gram positive bacteria. In particular, this drug is used in the treatment of pasteurosis, colibacillosis, chryza, bacterial complexes with CRD, staphylococcal synovitis, and salmonosis in poultry.
Amount and method of use: This medicine is given through drinking water in the amount of 12 mg per kilogram of live body weight. To obtain the solution, first mix the required amount in a ratio of 1 to 10 (one liter of medicine – ten liters of water) and then pour the obtained solution into the poultry’s drinking water tank. Amount of consumption according to the age of the poultry: Broilers before two weeks old: 250 ml per 1000 liters of drinking water for 3 to 5 consecutive days. After two weeks: Half a liter per 1000 liters of drinking water for 3 to 5 consecutive days. broiler and laying hen before six weeks: 250 ml per 1000 liters of drinking water for 3 to 5 consecutive days. After six weeks: Half a liter per 1000 liters of drinking water for 3 to 5 consecutive days. Withdrawal time: During the treatment period and up to 5 days before slaughter.
Storage: keep in less than 25 ͦ c and protect it away from straight sun light. Keep out of reach of children.
Contraindications: – Due to the possibility of antagonistic effects, simultaneous use of flumiquine with sulfamides, trimethoprims and nitrofuran derivatives is not recommended. – In cases of severe drug sensitivity – severe liver and kidney failure. – Birds whose eggs are consumed by humans.
